The prices are per apartment per night excluding local taxes, final cleaning and bed linen and hand towels.
The price includes the Hochkönig Card with plenty of holiday advantages.

- Tourist tax: € 1.55 per day/person from 15 years
- Bed linen and hand towels: per person € 10 – we recommend bringing your own bath towels
- Final cleaning: one-time fee of € 60
- Baby bed/children's high chair: € 10
- Minimum stay high season: 7 nights, low season: 3 nights
- Winter high season Arrival and departure days only on Saturdays
- Check in: from 4:00 p.m. / Check out: by 10:00 a.m. – or by appointment
- For a binding booking, we request an advance payment of 30% of the total price
